1. Who we are
The viatron.ro website (the Viatron brand) is operated by POPESCU P. M. MIHAI-ALEXANDRU PERSOANĂ FIZICĂ AUTORIZATĂ, tax identification number (CUI) 52170857, Trade Register number F2025026065008, professional seat at București, Sectorul 1, Bulevardul Bucureștii Noi, Nr. 136, Etaj Parter, Ap. 5, email [email protected] (“the Provider”, “Viatron”, “we”).
2. Use of the website
The content of the website is for information purposes. Prices marked “from” indicate minimum configurations and do not constitute a firm offer. The only firm offer is the written proposal sent after the initial discussion.
3. The services
We provide: (a) process automation and the implementation of AI assistants for customers and for internal use; (b) web and SEO services: custom website, online store, SEO and visibility audit; (c) a simple presentation website, with a maximum of 5 pages, at no creation cost. The content, limits, deadlines and costs of each project are those set out in the written proposal accepted by the client (“the Proposal”).
The free website creation offer can be purchased on its own: it is not conditional on purchasing AI or SEO services.
4. Costs and payment
- Free website: creation costs 0 RON. Hosting costs 500 RON/year, paid annually; renewal is at the current rate, and any change is communicated before renewal.
- Website on a monthly subscription: creation is included. The domain is paid at the start, followed by the subscription of 60 RON/month, for a minimum period of 12 months. Domain renewal is paid separately. If the subscription is not paid, the website is suspended until the outstanding amounts are paid.
- The domain is paid separately, at the rate for the extension and the chosen provider, and is registered in the client's name.
- AI usage, licences and external services (for example WhatsApp/Meta) are paid separately. Usage costs and monitoring rules are set out in the quote.
- Prices are stated in RON (Romanian lei); VAT: not VAT-registered, prices shown are final. “From” prices indicate the minimum configuration and do not represent a firm offer; the firm offer is the written Proposal.
- The payment method and payment terms are set out in the Proposal. A tax invoice is issued for each payment.
- Refunds and unused period: For annual hosting, the period already paid is not refunded if you cancel before the end of the term.
5. The client's obligations
The client provides the logo, company information, texts, access credentials and images in good time, and warrants that it holds the rights to use them. The proposed deadlines run from receipt of the complete materials; they are extended accordingly if the materials are delayed.
6. Revisions, ownership and handover
- For the website with free creation (annual payment or subscription), 3 free revisions (adding or changing data) are included, counted from the website's launch. More complex revisions and added pages cost 15 RON per revision or page.
- The domain is registered in the client's name and can be transferred free of charge. After the first 12 months, regardless of the payment method, the website and the domain can be handed over to the client free of charge.
- Ownership, files, transfer and moving to another provider: For the website with free setup, the website (files, design and code) belongs to the Provider during the first 12 months. The domain is registered in the client’s name and can be transferred free of charge, on request, at any time. After the first 12 months, the website and the domain can be handed over to the client free of charge. For other projects, the client receives the source files at the end of the contract.
- Third-party components (themes, plugins, fonts, libraries) remain subject to their own licences.
7. Warranty and support
We fix, free of charge, functional errors in the deliverables that are reported within 30 days of delivery. For services with managed operation: monitoring, maintenance and adjustments according to the agreed package; new features or workflows are quoted separately.
8. Limitation of liability
We cannot guarantee specific positions in Google or in AI systems, or a particular number of visitors, customers or sales. AI chatbots can make mistakes; the client remains responsible for the information they provide and for checking it. The Provider's liability is limited to the amounts received for the service concerned, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for interruptions to third-party services (hosting, messaging platforms, AI providers) or for force majeure.
9. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy. For projects in which we process data of your customers, we conclude a data processing agreement (DPA).
10. Termination of the collaboration
The website subscription can be terminated after the minimum period of 12 months. On termination of either option of the website with free creation, after the first 12 months, the website and the domain are handed over free of charge, on request. Other monthly subscriptions can be terminated by either party with 30 days' notice; annual hosting renews annually, in accordance with section 4. Project contracts can be terminated for failure to perform obligations, with payment for the work already carried out.
11. Consumer rights
If you are a consumer (a natural person acting outside their professional activity), you have the legal right to withdraw within 14 days from distance contracts, in accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance (OUG) no. 34/2014. For services started with your express consent during the withdrawal period, you owe the value of the part already provided.
12. Complaints and dispute resolution
You can contact us at any time at [email protected]. As out-of-court solutions, as a consumer, you can use ANPC (National Authority for Consumer Protection) — alternative dispute resolution (SAL) and the ODR platform — online dispute resolution.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are settled amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts in Bucharest.
